5 week workshop begins Tuesday Evenings @ 7:00 p.m. in January 2023

 

Each class is one hour long including a Q/A.

Activities and Homework will be part of the processing.

Zoom Group sessions will include lessons covering the topic of Personal Health/Wellness above.

 

Limulus Life Solutions empowers women to be their authentic selves by using holistic tools (body, mind, spirit, emotions) to embrace the women they are and the women they want to be through education, spiritual counseling (meditation, prayer, search for a higher power, peace/enlightenment), components of rehabilitation counseling, and healing utilizing discussion, yoga, meditation, action planning, and activities.
